Mangrove Congot Forest, Kulonprogo<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Mangrove Forest Congot Kulon Progo is in the Jangkaran area, Kulon Progo, precisely at the Jogja-Purworejo border. The entrance to the mangrove forest area is on Daendels Road, about 300 meters from Congot Bridge.<\/p>\n

Origin Of Mangrove Forest Congot<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The mangrove forest that extends westward to the Bogowonto River was initially managed by a Graduate Program Student UGM who was usually called by the locals as Cut. Initially he planted mangroves as her graduate program research at UGM. Until now mangrove forests are useful to prevent abrasion and continue to develop into tourist attractions.<\/p>\n

Until now, there are at least four tourist areas in the Congot Kulon Progo Mangrove Forest area, namely the Api Api Bridge, Pasir Kadilangu Beach, Wanatirta Pasir Mendit, and Maju Lestari. From those four tourist spots, jembatan api api (Api Api Bridge ) hits the most. This can be seen from the number of posts with the hashtag #jembatanapiapi. It was taken by one of the types of mangrove planted in the mangrove forest area.<\/p>\n

Entrance ticket to the Mangrove Forest is different in each tourist spot. For tickets to the Api Api Bridge is IDR 4,000\/person, while for parking IDR 5,000\/car and IDR 2,000\/motorbike.<\/p>\n

To explore the Congot Mangrove Forest, visitors can walk on the bamboo bridge provided by the manager. Here are also provided a number of spots that can be used for photo taking for the visitors. The most hits spot loved by youngsters is the main bridge. You can also surround the mangrove forest using a boat. You only need to pay IDR 5,000\/person, you can be satisfied to enjoy green and cool views of the mangrove forest.<\/p>\n

Access Towards Mangrove Forests<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Access to the location is quite easy. From the city of Jogja take the direction towards the Jogja-Wates road, until at the T-junction of the terminal wates then take left approximately 10 km from the terminal wates. At the (Y) letter junction, turn left, straight to the Congot Bridge.
