Rumah Hobbit was greatly inspired by the famous trilogy fantasy film the Lord of the Ring. The existence of Rumah Hobbit is a complement to the main concept of the Seribu Batu Songgo Langit tourist destination, namely the Land of Fairy Tales. From the story, the Lord of the Ring shows us that big events are not merely centered on great characters in terms of the possession of power. The threat of evil from the antagonist Sauron was eventually put to an end by a small Hobbit figure from a village which was not taken into account among the dwellers of Middle Earth. The interpretation, however, depends on each of the visitors. The dwarf with his hobbit house symbolizes the efforts of the grassroots to rise up and grow. The doors are made in a round shape, symbolizing resoluteness & togetherness.
Rumah Hobbit mengambil inspirasi dari kisah yang terkenal dari Film Lord of the Ring. Keberadaan Rumah Hobbit ini menjadi pelengkap konsep utama dari Destinasi Wisata Seribu Batu Songgo Langit yaitu Negeri Dongeng. Cerita Lord of the Ring juga memberikan kita makna bahwa kejadian besar tidak hanya berpusat pada tokoh-tokoh besar, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa yang mengakhiri ancaman kejahatan dari tokoh antagonis Sauron adalah sosok kecil Hobbit dari desa yang tak begitu diperhitungkan dalam peta The Middle Earth. Pemaknaan ini sangat bebas tafsir terutama bagi para pengunjung yang melihat Rumah Hobbit. Manusia kerdil dengan rumah hobbitnya melambangkan usaha rakyat kecil (wong cilik) untuk bangkit dan berubah lebih maju. Pintu-pintunya dibuat berbentuk bulat melambangkan kebulatan tekad, kebersamaan dalam suasana ikatan kekeluargaan.
