The characteristic of Bantul Regency is that most of the areas are rural area. It has richness of the natural tourism potential. One of them is Grojogan Lepo or Lepo Waterfall which is located in Pokoh 1 hamlet, Dlingo Village, Dlingo District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The name Lepo itself is taken from the abbreviation of the area the waterfall is located, namely Ledok Pokoh.

The waterfall which was opened in 2013, is able to attract many tourists visitation on weekends. The condition of the waterfall is still natural and the characteristics of the waterfall in the form of multilevel stones are strongly attracting tourists who like nature tourism.

Lepo waterfall has several levels. The first level is of medium height and has a pool depth of about half a meter. Usually used by tourists to sit while soaking their feet. At this level it is also safe for children to swim because the pool is not too deep, even at this level the bottom of the pool can be seen.

The second level of rocks around the waterfall is rather steep and slippery so that tourists should be careful. The depth of the pool is still shallow, which is around the waist of an adult. This second pool is surrounded by rock cliffs that are arranged exotic. The rock niche on one side of the pool is the best spot to enjoy the waterfall at this level.

While the lowest level is a favorite place to swim for adults. The waterfall pool here has a depth of up to 2 meters. In addition, the area is quite large compared to the two pools above. There is a path and stone steps as steps to get to the third pool. In this third pool, the rock cliffs around the waterfall are in the form of blocks that deliberately cut by the manager.

To get to the location of the waterfall, from Yogyakarta City take Imogiri Timur street. At the T-junction south of Imogiri Market, take a left then take the right direction towards Mangunan or Dlingo Fruit Plantation. Until the Dlingo market, there is a sub-district office and a road to Pokoh 1 hamlet . Follow the cast block road until you meet the location. Tourists can leave the vehicle in the residents’ housing and then continue the journey to the location by walking through the path.
